UNIGLAS | FACADE furthermore enables construction of these kinds of glass façades with environmentally friendly wood. This reduces the CO2 footprint of the facade solution by up to 43 percent. As there is no need for the metal secondary construction, thermal insulation is also improved.

With expansive flush architectural planes and no frames, wood-glass composite elements (WGC) deliver a striking and sophisticated aesthetic.

This unique solution can even be used to add rigidity to the building with the glass assuming a load-bearing function. This is achieved by the permanently interlocking bonded connection with the wood coupling rails.
